What we collect from you. Your name, brokerage, phone number and email when you reply to us or purchase an opportunity, and payment details processed by Stripe. We keep purchase records for accounting.

What we do not do. We do not sell or share your contact information, and we do not use it for anything other than delivering opportunities you asked for and supporting your account.

Opportunity data. The information in an opportunity is compiled from public county records: official records, probate dockets and property appraiser rolls. It is provided for your professional use in evaluating a potential listing. You are responsible for your own outreach and for complying with the rules that govern your license.
